She is the author of “Flexible Working” as well as a range of e-books about HR and wellbeing and a lecturer in the Business School at Liverpool John Moores University where she teaches employment law, human resources and employability skills. She also runs her own business, The Work Consultancy where she focuses on policy development, flexible working and wellbeing.
